Brave episode!
Scott, I found this a useful list in freeing up time for my startup: http://zenhabits.net/25-painless-ways-to-free-up-an-hour-a-day-for-your-goals/ I found once I started looking at how to make time, I came up with lots of creative solutions. You may already be a master at this, but I didn’t hear it discussed on this episode.
Best of luck!
Steve

Hi Scott,
Being conservative myself I didn’t quit the corporate job until I could see the revenue on the side business growing (with a track record) to a point that could replace the full time income.
I think the question is – can you see the new business earning enough money to replace your current full time income before your cash reserves run out?
(Always keeping in mind it’s really really difficult selling SAAS solutions)
Good luck

Thanks for sharing this!
Been listening from the beginning and this is my favourite episode so far.
Being a risk averse developer with family I can emphatize with Scott, especially since I am a few years into trying to make it with different products already.
